●
In her philosophy and practice of music therapy she takes a holistic approach. She believes that body, mind, environment, and spirit are all pieces of a whole individual and to achieve wellness, all of those pieces must be in balance. She also believes that people are capable of self-understanding and self-direction. She trusts the wisdom of each individual’s healing process while offering a non-judgemental container in which individuals can explore their inner worlds with support and gentle guidance.
●
Lillie's training in energy healing has been a life-long endeavor. She received her first Reiki attunement in the womb, as her mother, Moksha Kolman, Usui Reiki Master, shared this energy with her. Lillie competed her training in second degree Reiki in 2017 and currently offers private and group sessions combining Reiki and Sound.
●
Lillie’s work is highly influenced by her own personal healing journey, which has involved the integration of music, movement, energy, mindfulness, nervous system repair, symbology, mythology, play, nature connection, poetry, community, and visual art. She brings aspects of all of these to her practice and to the songs she weaves.
